POLICY:
SHIPPING POLICY

Packages are typically shipped via Canada Post in order to keep costs down.

Standard Shipping Method, does not come with a tracking number.

Please make sure to select your shipping option and method for your country when filling out your order and shipping address. Generally orders will be process and shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days, if you need to change some information or add more products send an email immediately and we will do our best to update your order prior to shippment of your order.

If an address error is made in your order and an additional package needs to be shipped, an additional shipping fee will be charged.

If La Vita Nuova makes a mistake with the order we will send a new order, and assume costs for the exchange.

Product exchanges are accepted, simply send back the unopened product and we will send out another upon receipt of your package. There will be additional shipping charges for the replacement order.
PRIVACY POLICY
Our Privacy Policy is very clear. La Vita Nuova Inc. will not use your personal information gathered from the shopping cart for anything other than shipping your item and making sure you are a satisfied customer. We will gather your name, address, phone number and email address only for the purpose of fulfilling an order you have placed. We do not collect your credit card number as your payment transaction is conducted with PayPal and Merchant Servcies Inc, with secure SSL connection.
Your IP address may be recorded in order to determine hits on the site.
Your email address is private; we will not sell, lend or otherwise distribute your email to any third party. La Vita Nuova Inc. may from time to time send you an email to inform you of a new product, a promotion or get feedback on their existing products. If you do not wish to be contacted via email, please write us a quick email and we will take you off our client list.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy: We offer a full refund for unopened and boxes that are not damaged. Before returning merchandise for refund, please email La Vita Nuova Inc., at info@lavitanuovainc.com.
A refund for the cost of the product will be offered if you experience an allergic reaction.
In case you want to return your unopened products, we will gladly accept returns if these are unopened and in good condition. (Be sure to package properly, to protect from shipping damage.)
Shipping charges is not refundable.
Please Note: If we receive pacakges that are damaged, only 50% will be refunded as product with damaged pacakaging cannot be resold.
Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund as soon as possible. Please allow for up to 15 days for the processing of the refund.
